Design
of an international
induction training programme introducing
the Arkema group to its new personnel
With
units in three continents - throughout Asia, the USA and
Europe - the Arkema group (formerly Atofina) employs some
18 000 people.
This
training programme, produced in three languages - English,
French and Chinese - operates in two formats:
- an
online self-learning module
- a
face-to-face training kit comprising a DVD and instructional
material organized in quiz form
