LEO Learning English Online IT Training Isonat 2001-2002

Instructional Designer / Trainer Design, implementation and running of the LEO e-learning programme for the management team of the Isonat company The LEO programme aimed to introduce the Isonat management team to basic business English with a view to aiding the company in its international development. The training - in the form of guided self-learning - was based on weekly 90-minute face-to-face sessions and distance coaching via various media: e-mail chat telephone conferencing video conferencing (NetMeeting) discussion groups Comprehension exercises, used initially as the basis for telephone conferencing, were subsequently available to learners online. IT training IT training was also ensured to enable learners to master the various media involved in the LEO programme: Internet, search engines, chat, database management, file sharing, etc.
